Story:

[Steadfast]
The Neo-Polis, an over-populated megacorp city, is recently having rumors about a deadly computer virus. This virus can infect people's brain-machine interface, and the infected will soon be dead due to muscle malfunction. Yet nothing seems to be concerning, no one knows what's beneath the dark shadow of skyscrapers...

[Tell me about A.L.E.X]
Yet no one knows what's in the dark, someone must try to light a candle in the night. Mr. Detective is on his way to search for the protagonist of this deadly virus rumor -- "A.L.E.X." The only known fact is these four characters and the meaning behind it is unknown. Mr. Detective's work must continue... For not long he himself will be the next victim of the new virus. He only got 48 hours to solve this puzzle.

[Silvertone Pursuit]
Now we know that A.L.E.X stands for "Automated-Logic Exoskeleton Xenomachine," but what is it anyway? Those corporate names don't make any sense on their own. However, by a detailed search on the ultra-wide web, Mr.Detective found a man called Gustaf. There's a rumor that he's been doing human trafficking shit for the Megacorp Akashi. It's time for a hot pursuit...

[Humanmade Nightmare]
After chasing and beating, Gustaf led Mr.Detective to a secret base of Akashi. Mr.Detective was shocked by the fact that Akashi is secretly using the human body to conduct the experiment of the supercomputer. And Gustaf is one of the major human suppliers of Akashi. But what does it have to do with the A.L.E.X and the virus? Viciously giggled, Gustaf somehow broke free from Mr.Detective's control. He pressed a button and got away before all the airlock sealed.

Dizzily, Mr.Detective repositioned himself for the gigantic entity revealed before it. A massive chamber with many human flesh processing units.

"I'm A.L.E.X. You have entered a restricted area. The result shall be immediate elimination. "

Mr.Detective must quickly decide whether to forfeit his own life to safety measures or break the A.L.E.X and kill dozens of human life within it.

[Grand Neo-Polis]
"Look at what have we done!" says the COO of Akashi, proudly.

"The Neo-Polis will be the next Neo-Europa Center. Our profit for the next 20 years will be secured. Our financial report will be as pretty as the scenery we see right here."

Kaede Von Müller tries not to let other management sense his anxiousness. It has been 24 hours since Gustaf went missing. The least thing Akashi needs now is a huge scandal of the R&D department conducting human flesh computer experiments. What's worse is that the whole system just went rogue and emerged its own self-awareness not long ago. R&D Department really needs extra time and extra meetings to determine what to do with A.L.E.X project. Yet the management has decided to celebrate the construction project now. He doesn't know what to do now.

"Let's toast for the Neo-Polis!"

Involuntarily, Kaede raised the glass in his hand.

[Down and Dawn]

After a life-risking venture and a dog fight, Mr.Detective finally took down the A.L.E.X. Now everyone's safe, including himself. To his surprise, Gustaf wasn't doing human trafficking for Akashi, but for A.L.E.X alone. A.L.E.X must also infiltrate Gustaf's man-made heart.

Anyway, the threat was taken care of, and the new day was coming. Or new dawn, considering the time right now. He exited the A.L.E.X server site, and as long as Mr.Detective reached the area with Ultra-Wide Web signal, a message was then delivered.

"Intruder, we will meet again. I'm not some ordinary AI; my existence is an auto mechanism. You cannot destroy me even though my birthplace was trashed. Enjoy your time until then... Yours, Alex."
